Food Preservation Training by ROLL - Thaba-Tseka
The Regeneration of Landscapes and Livelihood Project held a food preservation training for representatives of Regeneration Coalitions in the Mashai and Mantsonyane sub-catchments aimed at equipping participants with skills in food preservation techniques to mitigate food waste, enhance nutrition, and cultivate economic opportunities.

ROLL stands for Regeneration of Landscapes and Livelihoods
The project operates in six districts—Thaba-Tseka, Botha Bothe, Leribe, Qacha’s Nek, Quthing, and Berea—targeting approximately 1,000 villages across 20 distinct landscape units.
ROLL focuses on four core outcomes: changing resource use practices, reducing environmental degradation, enhancing livelihoods, and establishing a sustainable facility and fund to ensure landscape regeneration beyond the project’s timeline
